What Azentra does
Azentra builds custom applications for businesses whose work no longer fits the software they bought off the shelf. That usually means internal tools, web applications, integrations between systems that were never designed to talk to each other, and the infrastructure needed to run all of it reliably.
The work is deliberately unglamorous. Most of it involves understanding a business process well enough to encode it correctly, then keeping the result running for years afterwards.
The shape of most projects
Building something new from a specification, where the requirements are clear enough to design against. Taking over an existing codebase that someone else wrote and making it maintainable again. Or connecting systems that already work individually, so information moves between them without anyone re-typing it.
Ongoing maintenance is part of the offer rather than an afterthought. Software that nobody is responsible for tends to stop working quietly.
How the work runs
Azentra takes on a small number of projects at a time and works directly with the people who will use what gets built. There is nobody sitting between you and the person writing the code.
Engagements normally open with a short paid discovery phase. It produces a written scope, a technical approach and a realistic estimate, so both sides know what is being built before anyone commits to a delivery date. If the conclusion is that the project should not go ahead, that is a useful outcome too.
