What happens to your contact details and your correspondence when you write to Azentra. Short, because there is not much to describe.
Who is responsible
The data controller is AZENTRA SRL, tax identification number 51406810, Trade Register number J2025016135009, registered office in Bucharest, Sector 2, Romania. For anything on this page, including requests about your own data, write to [email protected].
If you contact us
When you send an email or call, we hold your name, your email address or phone number, and whatever you choose to put in the message. Nothing beyond that is collected, and none of it is bought from or supplied by anyone else.
It is used for one purpose: replying to you, and — if we end up working together — carrying out the contract, issuing invoices and keeping the records that accounting and tax law require. Answering an enquiry rests on our legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); everything that follows a decision to work together rests on performance of a contract and on legal obligation (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c)).
Your details are never sold, never added to a marketing list, and never used to send you anything you did not ask for.
Who else can see it
Correspondence sits in an ordinary business mailbox, so the email provider processes it as part of delivering that service. Where an engagement produces invoices, our accountant sees the billing details needed to file them. Beyond that, information is disclosed only where a Romanian authority or a court requires it by law.
No third party receives your data for its own purposes.
How long it is kept
An enquiry that does not lead to work is kept while it is still useful to have the thread, and deleted after that. Records connected to invoicing and contracts are kept for the period Romanian accounting and tax law sets for such documents, which is longer than we would otherwise choose. You can ask at any time what is still held about you.
This website
These pages are static files. There is no contact form, no database, no login, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. Nothing you do while reading is recorded by the site itself, and the typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page makes no request to any third party.
The files are stored in Amazon S3 and delivered through Cloudflare, both acting as processors. Like any web host, they handle the IP address and basic request details of every visit in order to deliver the page and to protect against attack. That is a technical necessity of publishing a website, and neither is used to build a profile of you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, ask that its use be restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask to receive it in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and you will get an answer within one month, usually far sooner. There is no charge.
If you are not satisfied with how a request was handled, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
