Verifying these details
The tax identification number and Trade Register number above are public records. They can be checked against the National Trade Register Office (Oficiul Național al Registrului Comerțului), which publishes company status and registration data, and against the Ministry of Finance taxpayer register, which publishes tax registration status.
If a supplier onboarding process needs a document rather than a lookup — a registration certificate, a bank confirmation or a signed supplier form — ask at [email protected] and it will be sent directly.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued by AZENTRA SRL under Romanian law, in EUR or RON. Bank details are provided on the invoice itself and on request, never published on this page and never changed by email without a confirming phone call to the number above.
That last point matters: invoice redirection fraud works by emailing a supplier's clients with new bank details. If you ever receive a message claiming Azentra's account has changed, call before paying.
Correspondence
